论现代数学教师的能力结构

摘要：社会发展和教育变革对数学教师的能力提出了新的要求.数学教师需要与时俱进，积极建构适应社会发展与教育变革需要的能力结构.结合时代特征，数学教师新的能力结构应主要包括基础能力、数学能力、数学教学能力和拓展能力.随着数学新课程的实施和推广，数学教师被赋予了新的角色，自然应该具备相应的新的能力结构，以适应课程改革、教育发展的时代需要.本文主要从数学教师的能力内涵、新课程改革下的数学教学方法和现代数学教师的能力结构三大方面进行阐述.

By Modern Mathematics Teacher's Ability Structure
Abstract：The social development and the education transformed to mathematics teacher's ability set the new request. Mathematics teacher needs to keep pace with the times, constructs ability structure which positively the adaptation social development and the education transformation need. The union historical characteristics, mathematics teacher's new ability structure should mainly include the foundation ability, the mathematical skill, mathematics teaching faculty and development ability. Mathematics new curriculum's implementation and the promotion, mathematics teacher has entrusted with the new role, should have the corresponding new ability structure naturally, adapts the curriculum reform, the education development time need. This article mainly from under mathematics teacher's ability connotation, the new curriculum reform's mathematics teaching method and the modern mathematics teacher's ability structure aspect carries on the elaboration.
